LeadConnector Money-Back Guarantee

Mountain Ridge Marketing offers a one-year money-back guarantee for LeadConnector customers who do not gain at least one new real estate client during their first year using the service.

Maintain an active LeadConnector subscription that includes our real estate content and training for a minimum of 12 consecutive months without a lapsed or missed payment.

Complete the provided LeadConnector training course within 14 days of signing up.

Implement the strategies taught in the training throughout the guarantee period.

On at least one active, public-facing social media profile used in your real estate business, maintain a weekly average of at least 5 EZ-Postr posts and at least 1 lead capture funnel post per week, with no gap in posting exceeding 2 consecutive weeks, sustained across at least 11 of the 12 months of the guarantee period.

Maintain a Facebook cover photo promoting a LeadConnector funnel (as taught in the Organic Marketing training) for at least 11 of the 12 months of the guarantee period.

Submit a claim using the form below between months 12 and 15 after your initial LeadConnector subscription date.

Mountain Ridge Marketing reserves the right to deny any claim where submitted documentation is incomplete, inconsistent with account data, or where account activity suggests contacts may have been removed or altered during the guarantee period. Claims will be reviewed within 30 days of submission.

Full refund if approved

If all requirements are met and your claim is approved, Mountain Ridge Marketing will issue a full refund equal to 12 months of your LeadConnector subscription payments, returned to the original payment method on file.
