By signing up for the Mountain Ridge Marketing Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before promoting our services.

1. Commission Structure

• Recurring Commission: You will receive a 30% commission on the base service fee of any referred client who signs up for a qualifying Mountain Ridge Marketing service.

• Lifetime of Client: Commissions are paid monthly for as long as the referred client remains active and continues to pay for their subscription or service.

• Net Payouts: Commissions are calculated based on the net amount received by Mountain Ridge Marketing, excluding taxes, processing fees, or third-party costs.

2. Qualified Referrals

• Tracking: Referrals must be tracked through your unique affiliate link or attributed to you via our official onboarding process.

• First-Click/Last-Click: We operate on a last-click attribution model.

• Self-Referrals: You may not refer yourself, your own company, or any entity in which you have a controlling interest to earn commissions.

3. Payment Terms

• Payout Schedule: Commissions are reviewed and paid out on a [Monthly/Bi-Weekly] basis, typically [Number] days after the close of the month to account for any refunds or billing disputes.

• Minimum Payout: There is a minimum payout threshold of $100. If your balance is lower, it will roll over to the next period.

4. Promotion Rules & Restrictions

• Search Engine Marketing (PPC): You may not bid on "Mountain Ridge Marketing" branded keywords or any variations thereof (e.g., "Mountain Ridge Marketing coupons") on Google, Bing, or other search engines.

• FTC Disclosure: In accordance with FTC guidelines, you must clearly disclose that you are an affiliate and may receive a commission for referrals whenever you share your link.

5. Termination

• Right to Terminate: Mountain Ridge Marketing reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for violations of these terms, unethical behavior, or if the partnership is no longer a mutual fit.

• Clawbacks: In the event of a client refund or a credit card chargeback, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your next payout.

6. Relationship of Parties

• You are an independent contractor. This agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between you and Mountain Ridge Marketing.
