LeadConnector Usage Pricing
Some LeadConnector features have usage-based costs in addition to the monthly or annual subscription fee. The following terms apply to all LeadConnector subscriptions unless otherwise overridden by a custom agreement signed by both parties.
Included monthly credits. Some LeadConnector subscriptions include monthly credits to pay for the use of these features. The monthly credit amount is $10 for LeadConnector Standard and $20 for LeadConnector Ultimate. These credits are stored in your account's credit balance and roll over to future months if they are unused. If you run out of credits, we will automatically charge the card you have on file to refill your balance in increments of $10 (you can adjust the refill settings in your billing settings in LeadConnector).
Mountain Ridge Marketing reserves the right to temporarily disable monthly credits to your account if your payment method fails for an extended period of time (more than 7 days) or if you have a past due invoice for custom work.

* Additional fees may apply for A2P-10DLC (Application to Person – 10 Digit Long Code) and Toll Free registrations. This is a new U.S. standard to ensure that SMS traffic is verified and consensual. Registration is required for any business sending SMS messages. LeadConnector makes registration easy with a built-in registration form and training.
** Large SMS messages are sent in multiple segments and combined at the end to display one complete message. Each message segment has a max of 160 characters. You can use this free tool to calculate how many segments your message will use before you send it.
